Overview

Meetings of the Oxfordshire Leaders Joint Committee are hosted under local government arrangements and rotate annually between the partner councils. Meeting agendas and minutes are hosted on the website of the lead authority for that year, and the schedule of meetings above will redirect you to the relevant authority’s web page. Meeting agendas are published on the relevant authority’s web page a week before each meeting. Forward Plan 2025

The Forward Plan sets out all forthcoming decisions and reports for information currently scheduled for meetings of the joint committee. The Plan will be updated and published on this website each month.

Watching a meeting

Meetings of the Oxfordshire Leaders Joint Committee take place in person and are also available to watch through live streaming to the Oxfordshire Leaders Joint Committee Channel on YouTube. A recording is made available soon after the meeting.
